Fine tuning rear derailleur pedal backwards

Hi all

If like me you dont have a bike stand and just turn your bike upside to work on it. When your adjusting the rear derailleur rather than have a rapidly spinning rear wheel, when your fine tuning, just turn turn the pedal backwards as you readjust the screw.

You can hear that slight crunching rubbing go away as you adjust., and you dont risk an injury.

Ps if this is well known my apologies..
