24mm clincher or a 50mm dura ace clincher

hi, would like to find out if it would be advisable to get the 24mm or 50mm dura ace clincher. the roads i normally ride by is usually flat and i know that many would suggest me getting the 50mm clincher but i would like to ask you guys in terms of performance. not only for the dura ace models but as a whole for any brand. in terms of performance, how much better will the 50mm clincher perform on a flat road compared to the 24mm standard clinchers, in terms of percent. For the same spoke count, there is almost no difference.
23.2W at 50km/h versus 23.5W if you compare the 7850 C50 and C24 here:
