Sport Direct are selling Karimor winter tights for only £7:00, reduced from £35:00. I have ordered but they haven't arrived yet but can't really go wrong for £7:00. :P

  • I got a pair earlier this year (£10) I think from the store. They're OK, biggest issue for me is that the back is quite low and I kept getting a cold back - prefer my Bib longs if its cold but otherwise they're fine and I don't worry about how well (or not) I look after them

I always ask myself why such things are so cheap - its because they can't sell them at a proper price.

They're definitely not worth £35 that's for sure. £10-15 would be normal price.

I bought some stuff in there on Tuesday including the orange waterproof jacket, RRP for all is over £130, got it for £46. Using it for commuting to and from work. 70% off cant be bad.
The comment about why they are selling it so cheap would tell me it is the end of the line for this stock with new designs coming out to replace.
Do you question every sale that happens?

    Sport Direct own Karrimor now.

They don't make the high quality kit they used to. It's pretty bargain basement now and selling on a formerly good name.

Still quite possibly worth a punt for £7.

I bought a pair of cheap Karrimor walking boots from Sports Direct for £20. Would be useless for proper hillwalking but quite acceptable for working in the garden or walks off paved roads.

    It's all relative.

I had a pair of these last year, ill-fitting and the pad was rubbish. They also looked pretty nerdy too. I would recommend getting some tights from wiggle. Depending on size you can (or could if they happen to have sold out) get some dhb waist tights for £20 ish which should be much better quality.
