Why do you want to pay for a personal trainer when this very establishment can give you all the advice and motivation you'll ever need for free?

He's some advice to start with:

    1. Ride more.

    2. Eat less.

This will guarantee you'll lose some weight and be far more attractive to the opposite sex (which might not be a requirement for you...)

If you want to improve you're existing fitness level:

    1. Ride further.

    2. Ride faster.

    And now for some motivation...

    1. You're fat.

    2. You can ride faster than that.

    3. MTFU

yes, i used to be a business manager for fitness first, apart from being a fantastic job with perks  i also got the use of a personal trainer. i had trained for years either on my own or with friends 3-5 times a week getting mild results, i stepped it up a gear and got a PT and the results were almost instant. I have never quite ached so much for so long LOL
If i ever get a normal job where i can start training again i will invest in one.
also try to go by recomendations not who's cheapest.

I have a good mate that used to be a fitness intructor/personal trainer....

he got promoted to a desk and now he's a fatness instructor!
