Morning all....
Another day, another dollar. Leaving for work once I can drag my sorry ass into the shower. 2 more days til Friday!!!
Not up to much today, meh followed by more meh, with some more meh later this afternoon.
Been looking (again) at getting a carbon 456 to replace the Gorgeous but far too heavy Cotic...... must resist...

Morning! Just getting ready for work, only on til half two then seeing a friend.
Two more days at work, then in hospital with the weekend to recover. Fun times0 -
Goooooood Morning Freaks of nature!
Today, I'm back on the Commute. Got up 15 mins earlier and blatted to work as rain and wind of biblical proportions is forecast for later on today. If everything goes to plan, I'll have a 20+ mph tailwind blowing me home. The only problem with this, is that I'll be riding through a couple of inches of rain.
2nd breakfast will commence shortly, which will consist of a pork pie, some peanut butter rolls and a banana. As I'm off to grab a coffee from Nero's I may inadvertantly purchase a bacon sandwich on the way back...
The rest of the day, will consist of lots and lots of meh, followed by more meh. Might have to start looking for tarty, exotic and exclusive bike parts...

Greetings earthlings!
At work again today, also waiting for some more stuff to turn up for the Mmmbop.
sadly, I've had to order another fitting kit for the Goodridge hoses as I somehow managed to snap one of the Assy connectors by being a ham fisted ape.
Luckily though, I only removed 1 hose at a time, so I'm currently running 1 goodridge hose (rear) and 1 stock Avid hose (front).
I think I'm going to take the rest of the week off after today because the weekend is supposed to be rubbish, but the rest of the week looks okfor riding.0 -
Morning chaparooonys
feel sprightly today after a much needed ride last night, the new Magicshine works incredibly well which is nice.
Just me in today which is a bit boring but it does mean that the bacon and sausage roll that i have just consumed will tied me over nicely while i have a little nap at my desk
This evening i will be prepping for a stag do happening at the end of october/ november for my bestest mate. trouble is he doesnt want to go far and is ex millatary and wants to do an activity? suggestions on a postcard to ......0 -
A whole day of meh.
Been asked to help some people to sort out training in finance systems for a bunch of engineers and only given half a day. So i'm desperately seeking a way out of that cos its just a garenteed disaster0 -

Morning.
I ache a bit after my first MTB ride in a long time yesterday. Today may be spent trying to learn something on my guitar. If I work at it all day, I *might* just avoid complete failure by the smallest of margins. Maybe.0 -
Today I still ache from the weekend, which is mitigated by post-awesome ride-ness,0

Morning everyone!
Well, my back is a bit better today, I'm on very strong pain killers, they work wonders! Today I get to buy stuff for work, which will be fun.
Other than that, I'm actually looking at buying a house! I'm looking at a shared ownership with a housing agency thing. It looks interesting, so I'm just looking into how it works and whether it will be worth it.It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.

Hi Blobs
Okay it's already afternoon . . . but just got here and the day got off to a good start so here goes anyway.
Up at 6:00 for a fab 10 miles off-road which cancelled out yesterday's miserable excuse for a ride. Then got back home, sweaty and peppered with mud, to be led by the hand to the table for a surprise breakfast of (picture it . . ) hot waffles topped with sliced bananas and maple syrup . . and fresh blackberries, blueberries and strawberries with Greek yoghurt . . and hot fresh Kenyan coffee.
Do days start much better than that . . ?My abundant supply of MTFU is reserved for use in dry, sunny conditions.0 -
Good afternoon!
Just got back from the hospital; turns out i've been walking round for the last week with a broken collar bone... so i've now got an arm in a sling and will be off riding for a while... booo! What We Achieve In Life, Echoes In Eternity0 -

Do it... (you're welcome to have a spin on mine to see if you like it buddy, you're close-ish to me)
Nothing to do at work, majority of people based at this Garrison are on block leave, so have spent most of my day watching the Atherton Project, vids of the Mega, and random bits on Freecaster. Now, although it's pi$sing down with rain, I'm properly motivated to go out for a blast around the woods later0 -
