I have a decent frame and need to replace the gear cable adjusters. Bosses are on the head tube. I have found some naff black plastic ones. There must be some decent ones out there. Thanks

How about these jagwire carbon rocket adjusters?

There are plenty of options for just the adjusters from different mfrs. Steel, alu and Ti even. They can be hard to find but try your local bike shop or locate a framebuilder. They could probably get them for you and fairly inexpensive. Make sure you get the proper thread size for your bike as well.

FWIW the Campagnolo ones are unlikely to fit because they use a smaller thread than virtually all frames I've ever come across - I've got a box of them so I should know! Shimano, Ritchey and BBB also do adjusters - most shops don't appear to stock this kind of stuff which is most annoying. At a stretch the rear mech cable adjuster is the same size.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
