14mm to 10mm converters

Hi,
I have 14mm rear dropouts and a qr hub, i've looked and found 14mm to 10mm converters. Would this work better than not using them at all? If not, any other suggestions?

it all depends on the hub and what you have found. not everything works with other things.

Yep they should work.
these are cheaper and simpler
