Schmidt 20R (or delux) dynohub laced into a rim of your choosing paired with a B&M cyo LED light.
Very good light output (certainly good for unlit roads), no batteries to worry about, very light weight setup (300g more than no lights), will probaby outlast me, and inperceptable drag.
A shimano dynohub is half the price for a bit more weight, drag and less warranty.0 -
Lupine lights are really hard to beat. I do a lot of riding on dark unlit country lanes, 30 to 40 miles a day, for years, all through autumn and winter, and their lights really are superb. They are quite expensive, but worth every penny in my opinion.0
