selle italia flight saddle and ritchey seatpost clamp

I have a ritchey wcs seatpost which came with my canyon ultimate CF, I also have a selle italia flight saddle but the rails on the saddle are too big for the clamp on the seatpost.

Is there any way of overcoming this without having to buy a new saddle?

Only took the frame out of the box this morning and because this is my first attempt at building, probably wont be on it until next week but the frame looks great (team white) and is light. €899 for the ultimate CF I think is pretty good value. Took me 6 weeks to get it but, it's here now.

hmmm. looks like selle rails are 8.5mm and fizik are 7mm.

I think I can buy an different clamp for the seatpost:

RDB66 had this problem with his Ritchey seatpost. You just need that clamp for carbon rails. He should be able to confirm that's the right one you got there.
