Got my bike 2 months ago and been building up my riding over that time, i have noticed i get tingle in my fingers whilst out riding :cry: i use a set of Specialized bg gloves whilst out on longer rides. What could be causing this to happen.

    putting too much weight on your hands, possibly caused by;-

    - saddle in wrong position
    - need to strengthen your core muscles
  • Core being slack is a possible :lol: will look at saddle position would it need moving up/down forward /back or is that not possible to say.

    Bars too low and too much pressure on them.

    Saddle could be too high too ? Maybe you're gripping tightly ?

    Aim for 1/3 weight on bars and 2/3 on the saddle.

    arms locked could also be a reason;

    gel worn on gloves?, tape worn?

    Gloves and bike only 2 months old so neither are worn out just yet.
