Pawl Springs ???

Hi, Whilst riding my beloved Bianchi up a monster of a Hill, The bike gave out a loud noise from the back wheel . Upon further inspection when i got home,After dis-assembling the hub it was clear to see that the Pawl Spring had given up the ghost and broken into 3 pieces,The wheel in question is a Campag Khamsin (not sure what hubs).
Could anybody tell me if this is a common thing and where can i get replacement springs ??? Any help is much appreciated Huddster1

P.S. I only weigh 170lbs before i get told to lose weight !!!!

    it seems to be quite common on some campy hubs.
