Advice Please On Which MB To Get For £150??

I need to lose weight so I have decided to look for a MB, I only want to pay up to£150 to see how it goes. I last had a bike 20 years ago and it was a drop handle bar with I think 5 gears lol , so it might take a while to get to pace lol. I have decided not to go to halfords but to a local cycle shop to purchase the bike and equipment ( Ellis Briggs ,Shipley ). I want to know what is the best bike to get for £150?.

Unfortunately I, personally, couldn't advise on your request, however it might be worth changing the title of your thread so people can see from that exactly what advice it is that you're after without having to open it up first Just a suggestion.
