How was your day of riding, or not riding?

So far I've spilt up with the bf, been to work and now I'm just chilling out and will have to get ready for a friends 21st shortly.

  • That sounds like a busy and highly emotional day

    Hope you're ok!

I was on the bike in the rain yesterday, been shopping today ( :D ), having a quiet one tonight though because I've got a full on drinking day tomorrow!

No riding today.. stuff to attend to, so I'll muddify myself tomorrow
Will be nipping to Tesco a little later, probably pick up a DVD to watch while there
  • Indoors watching the Matrix trilogy on bluray.

All a bit 'meh' today, was supposed to go on a stag do but couldnt be arsed. Then some of the lads invited me to go for a few beers this arvo/into the evening but again I cant be arsed.

Been doing some online shopping, and bought myself a nice leather, so staying in will recoup some monies.

May get a dominos later and re-index the BFe.

Am also comptemplating getting a carbon 456 next month. Im finding the BFe too heavy for all day trail riding unfortunately.

    bad luck, sugar tits.
  • Fitted new levers to the Mmmbop
Took the kids down to play on the beach
Had a ride along the prom on the horse tram
    Went for an ice-cream
    Bought District 9 on DVD
Bought some new books to read to the kids at bed time
    Just had some tea
Just had a discussion with the wife about maybe getting a dog. It'll have to be something smallish because of the kids, I quite fancy some kind of Jack Russel cross. Something like a jack russel, but just slightly bigger, reckon that'd make a good trail dog.
Big commitment though so we'll have to see.

I would, seriously. My parents had 2 when I was younger. But our kids are 2 and 4 and I think a bit small for a big powerful dog like a rotty.

been at a beach in wales nearly all day, nearly went to the marin trail for a ride but i was just too tired and there was better weather at the beach. i basically laid in the shelter the whole time . had a burger and chips from a kebab shop on the way back. oh and sheeps, we went past Rhyl along the A55 so we werent far off.

also my younger brother's brake pads arrived so i fitted them and my youngest brother bought a giant talon 3 for £320 which should arrived next week.
