Chain rub

Can some please give some advice im running a 105 front mech and the chain rubs in certain gears so how do i adjust it correctly thank you.

which gears? If you do big/big or small/small you'll probably get some rub but you shouldn't be in those gears anyway as the chain will be at quite a large angle causing excessive wear0

im in small/small so sounds like i need to change thrugh to the big sprocket then cheers for the advice.
