Ultegra calipers on Ridley Triton C. Fit racelight T2/TK2?

The Kinesis Racelight T2/TK2 frame that I'm interested in buying requires a 47-57mm drop caliper. Does anyone know if the Ultegra calipers on my Ridley Triton C will fit? Or will they be shorter drop?
Also, has anyone put panniers on a racelight T2/TK2. Enough clearance for size 11 heels?

Any helpwould be appreciated. Many thanks

Normal Shimano brakes are 39-49mm, so if the required reach is between 47 and 49, you're fine :D

Honestly, I think you should stick with long reach. Shimano and Tektro do them.
  • I just bought a TK2 frame and hoped I'd get away with fitting a set of 105 brakes I had (they claim to be up to 49mm), but they are too short so I suspect you would have same problem with ultegra. Ordered some Shimano R650s and they fit fine.

Nice one - thanks Fraser UK - that's very helpful - I'll have a look out for some longer caliipers .

My TK has 105 kit with the exception of the brakes which are Shimano long drop.

Sorry - last msg should have said -

    "Thanks Keef _ I'll go shopping ."

Doesn't show the subject line then.
