Numb fingers

Hi all

first post in here. I did a 7 our trip yesterday and have 3 fingers a bit numb on my left hand. what can i do to prevent this from happening a gain ?

    Don't grip the bars too tightly.

    Get some Esi Grips Chunky grips from a Uk supplier they are apparently shock absorbing and take shape of you fingers to ensure comfort or just wear gloves if you already don't wear them.
