I'm not really sure if this is the correct forum, but I'm getting bored cycling round evening and weekends on my own, and so if there is anyone out there around King's Lynn/Downham Mkt who fancies the occasional burst of activity, please let me know!
late 40's, average around 18 mph (over 50 miles or so) although i do stop for tea and cakes......
that's all my dirty secrets out in the open now.. :oops:

the local club are either sat morning 25 mile at easy pace, or sunday 50 mile at race training pace, neither of which suits me :!:0

I see, 25 is abit short is it, that's like a ride to the shops and back. Here in Yorkshire we do 125 miles.0
