Well TFIF,

No real plans this weekend, no one will be about as the world and its wife will be a V festival, which means i have no one to ride with and i wont be able to get to ride local spots. part of me is thinking a cheeky trip to Cannock is order as never been and no reason why not (other than its about 150-180 miles away)

What you orrible lot got planned for the weekend and doss day friday?

In theory my last day at work before a couple of weeks holiday............. but I am coming in tomorrow morning to sort a few things out :(

But good news - dentist later, which means at home for 16:30 (couple of hours earlier than normal) - wife is off somewhere with the kids, so I will go off for a ride

VWsurfbum How come you can travel 150 or so miles, but you can't ride locally?
Weather looks horrendous again here, but I might be going kayaking on the sea. Well, I'm going to get wet anyway, right?

Boiler's playing up again, so the gas engineer's coming out again to try to fix it in an hour or so. After that, I may go for a road ride, then make some chilli tonight, because it's awesome.

Well, I went on a date last night. It went well and she wants to meet up again soon! I'm going to ask her to take me kayaking I think 8) Must admit, this has put me in a fantastically happy mod today :D

Anywho, today I carry on building computers. Yawn. And I have to send off a cheque to pay for a parking ticket, feckin robbin bast*rds! I can't reappeal either, which sucks ass.

Anyway, I don't care, I get to go on a second date! Woo!

    I'm at "work".

I'm waiting for something to go wrong because I changed my front tyre last night (Racing Ralph to Maxxis Advantage, on rims converted to tubeless) and it was far too easy. Normally it takes hours of puffing and pumping with soapy water, but last night I got it up straight away at the first attempt. It was as hard this morning as it was after I was finished pumping last night.

Afternoon, I am lazy after just waking up but after my first 12hoyr shift in a while yesterday I think it's justified. Today will be spent doing uni work once I finally get up.

You're supposed to call for medical assistance if it stays hard for more than 4 hours, it says so on the packet.
