Hi Guys

I'm heading up to the lakes in October and will be there on my lonesome for 2 days before meeting up with the rest of the group. Im planning to do the Ullswater loop but need a cheap B&B in that area for 2 nights. Can anyone recommend a good one thats bike friendly?

Cheers

Can't actually recommend any but there's a few on here:

Or maybe Ambleside will have more choice and not too far if you have a car.

One man's cheap is another man's expensive so don't know how much you're looking to spend but I can heartily recommend St John's Lodge near Bowness. The Wife and I stayed there for two nights last year and it is a great location. They have free car parking, bike parking round the back and the best thing was the breakfast :D 35 different choices or something and all top quality food - just what you need to set you up for a days riding!

Signle room is £45 a night but trust me, the breakfast is worth it! 8)
