Squeaking Front Brake

This is on bike number 3, my 'hack' for the shops etc...looks crap, rides fantastic except...
Squeak squeak squeak.
Adjusted pads. Squeak
Reset pads, adjusted toe-in. Squeak
Cleaned rims with White Spirit. Squeak
Bought new pads. Squeak
If it's dry they squeak, if it's wet they squeak
I've given up. If nothing else I've made the post with the most squeaks in it. I've said it so many times it sounds funny now, it even looks funny when I write it. Squeak.

Are these cantis? If so, have you tried dropping the cable hanger to the forks?FCN 2-4.

No they are V's. Never had trouble setting up V's before.0 -

They don't look it, although the bike was secondhand so not sure. There is a groove that runs around the rim, I'm guessing that is a wear indicator...if it is there is plenty of depth left.0 -

The brake-arms are resonating. Try adjusting the pivot bolts?
