The office is getting hoovered, at 8am, the noise is most annoying! Plus.....he's doing a rubbish job, I want to tell him he missed a medium sized chunk of chocolate hobnob I dropped yesterday by my desk.....but that would mean actually speaking and would take far too much effort. It was hard enough to say 'hello' this morning, my voice doesn't like working 'til I have been up a couple of hours!

Anyway today I am at work, then off for a ski possibly. If I can find the energy......

    Meh!

    That is all

I wanted to say that to the man with the hoover also....even that was too much effort.

    Good Morning all!

More of the same today, hoping my new wheel arrives today or tomorrow as another weekend without a ride might be too much to cope with

Chuffed with the new grips though, they look great! bit worried they may lead to a 'bling-a-thon' soon though

Started my ride thinking I'd have to cut it short as I was too cold, took a "shortcut" along the canal and ended up riding further than usual.

    It was fun!

today will be mostly a lazy day. I have the bike in the car and all my hard work is done, so I will be mainly reading contracts.

but on a minus note, I'd just like to say thanks to the c**k headed roadie who decided to undertake me when pulling away from the the lights on the A12 Martlesham Park and ride roundabout this morning. If you want to die that much, get a one way ticket to Switzerland, don't try and get either me or the bus driver next to me to do it for you. F*****g idiot.

I wish I had dinosaurs to look at. That sounds so cool. I didn't realise Wales was quite so far back on the evolution front though.

I'm quite, quite hungry too, but downstairs is so far away!

I just realised. I'm such a whingey, whiney git. Sigh!

I'll think up something positive later!

It's Richard D James' birthday today, so you should celebrate with some relaxing Selected Ambient Works 2, methinks!

    Goooooooooood Morning Freaks!

Up and alive this morning. After yesterday's foodfest, I'm not going to mention bacon or pies.

    Oh wait... :D

Dunno what I'm doing today, might go for a blast on the TT bike before the rains return.

yeah we're pretty far behind here in the sticks. We have Mammoths, Bison, Dinosaurs and volcanoes a few metres from my office.

Morning to all you meh people!

I, like always, am in a good mood. Day off today, going to sort out the boys room (at the moment it's my bike workshop) so he can move into there soon, as he's 15 weeks today. Then possibly out for a ride, not too fussed it looks like it's going to rain.

    Cheer up everyone!

ol Gregg, they'd be even less impressed if you dressed up in black, saddled a dinosaur, climbed on it and insisted at high volume that everyone has to call you 'Mook, the caveman ninja'.

    I'd be amused though.

    Morning all,

Semi awesome ride into work this morning, yesterday’s ride was a good ¾ awesome (new PB, nearly cracked the 30 mins).

It seems that lately the air is pretty still in the morning but the wind picks up in the afternoon so my journey home has been into a headwind a lot.

Feeling rather sleepy today but I seem to keep forgetting to bring in any change for the coffee machine, I have a bottle of emergency Irn-Bru in my drawer which I think I may have to break out later.

Today will be mostly spent figuring out plans for the weekend. Need to go for a ride Sunday but not sure whether to just go local or load the car up and head off somewhere.

    Is it 5 yet?
