Nah its a Weasel, stoats are stoatally different and Weasels are weasily identified

It's far too big for stoaty weaselly things and it hasn't got webbed ottery feet with big whiskers. I want to say polecat-ferret (hybrid) but all the pics I've seen show them with white fur on their faces and this one hasn't.
So I'm going for plain mink. So that's good because they're vicious little introduced predators (released by hippies) that are killing all our water voles so one less means one more ratty. Yay!Canyon XC 8.0 '11

My guess would be a Pine Marten.
Its the wrong colour for a polecat/ferret and it looks fairly big in the photo.
