It's an absolute ar*e to get the hose pipe to the front of the house to clean the Cakemobile.

  • The GF used somthing like that from JML (IT MIGHT BE THE SAME STUFF TBH) till i shouted at her, yeah it might lift the dirt etc, but then you are going to rub the dirt/grit all over your shiney car and scratch it.

I told her, leave it dirty, dirt is like a protective layer 8)

i definately would have imagined that you had your own special car cleaning poultice and would never put your motor through a car wash.

I love car washes. I don't take mine through them any more though, cause it leaks water.

my parents old car broke down in a car wash, but its because it broke down every time it got wet

it would also take ages to use that shine stuff all over the car, and it could leave streak marks on it

I pay a valet service to clean my car every Tuesday.
Sheer convenience for the lazy man

I've had too much caffeine. Way too much. I read Raymondavalon's post as

 Hmm. Need to drink some water I think if the words are all jumpoing around like that.

i do a fair bit of valeting and would never go near that stuff, or any waterless cleaner.
it just scratches and dulls the paint work, and causes a nightmare when u try to do it properly

Looks like a load of shite to me. A £10 bottle of polish.

What about one of those manual pressure washers? You can pick them up for a tenner, easy. It might not be ideal, but it'll wet the car..
