is this the same group that sold sturmey-archer to some crooks for a pound having sold their land for building and then flushed raleigh down the pan, or is that a different lot?

In reply to my own question , so far as I can tell raleigh owned something called Derby Cycle and sold it to a respectable german company during the last few years of resurrection.
