Following on from the Albums/rides thread, as some of you reckon you can't pick a favourite album, what's your fave ten albums if you were stuck on a desert island? To make it harder, you can pick no more than 2 best of albumsand only 1 album per artist, and compilation cds such as now are banned.

You can also pick a luxury item, thats small enough to fit in a standard size suitcase and is not any kind of escape gear, and one book. Rules over, here goes.

My Albums
Dire Straits - Brothers in arms
Crowded House - Reccurring Dream ( the best of)
Nirvana - Unplugged in New York
Blur - Parklife
Green Day - Dookie
McFly - All the Greatest Hits
Elbow - The Seldom Seen Kid
The Divine Comedy - Fin de Siècle
Sleeper - The It Girl
Hayseed Dixie - Weapons of Grass Destruction

My Luxury Item would be an inflatable sofa

and My book would be Round Ireland with a Fridge by Tony Hawks

by the way, this game does presume you have a device to play your music on, so no need to pick an Ipod (other brands of digital media player are available) as your luxury item
Mountain biking is like sex.......more fun when someone else is getting hurt

Since when have bikes been small enough to fit in a suitcase? No bikes as luxury items as it's a given we'd all take a bike

Eh? Bike bag. Size of a regular suitcase. in goes bike, padded out with all your clothes and stuff. Thousands of people do this exact thing every year.

I'm taking my bike, and if you want to stop me, you can come to my island and prize it from my cold dead hands!

very easy. i have a simple repeat wardrobe for week work-a-day activity.

evenings and weekends can be problematic tho, but that's masked by cycling clothing a lot of the time.
