Bianchi Via Nirone c2c 2010 105 alu compact stolen last week

I had my new bianchi stolen last week outside waitrose on holloway road in london. I bought it from Evans in May, is size 53cm frame in azzurro blue with "bianchi" in white on the frame, it's a stunning bike.
I have no photos but the link on evans website is

It is this year's model and, aside from a couple of scratches on the frame is in perfect condition. If anyone has an idea where whoever nicked it would try and sell it (given it is such a new bike and they would not have any paperwork), it would be much appreciated. Likewise, if there's any bianchi lovers out there looking for a bike & you see it advertised, please let me know!
