Groupset & wheels on CTW?

Hi all,
I'm currently commuting on my Lemond etape which I picked up s/h after my nice Dolan was nicked, but i'm now considering building up another road bike to eventually replace the Lemond in time. Has anyone has bought components mail order through cyclescheme? I'm contemplating buying a decent groupset & wheels online (to save cash) then eventually buying a nice frame to stick them on for occasional commuting & sunny weekend rides, i'd originally thought of upgrading the Lemond with these, but to be honest it's fine as is & the trusty 8spd shimano running gear will probably last another year anyway, so i thought i'd wait & maybe pick up a s/h Ti frame to build up with the new stuff. Any thoughts?

My understanding (which could well be wrong) is that you have to have a complete bike as part of the purchase...
