This is the 6th new keyboard so far this year. Why is it the O,R,P and N keys seem to break all the time?

On a similar note, but rather less taking the mick, I seem to have developed a habit of accidentally typing ; instead of '
I just can't get out of the habit. It's very strange, and I have to make a concerted effort to go back and change the ; to a ' or slow right down and look at what keys my fingers are hitting.
So, did those keys get swapped over or something? I never used to do it years ago.0 -
yeehaamcgee funny you should say that actually, because over the last couple of weeks, I've noticed myself typing / instead of . a fair bit.
Seems like we've both moved 1 key to the left.
I'll try moving my keyboard a cm or 2 to the right to compensate......

BUT!!!!! I think you're hit the nail on the head! on ALL my keyboards, ; is to the LEFT or ' and / is to the RIGHT of .
so on mine, you would have moved one key to the right, and I've moved one to the left.
Are there really slightly different keyboard layouts? I mean, so slight as to just be annoying?

Might change if you have the numberpad on the right hand side0

Never mind, it seems I was having trouble distinguishing my left from my right. My keyboard is set up same as yours, so I've moved 1 to the RIGHT :roll:0 -

Every time i type my name i put TOm instead of Tom, seems my little finger doesn't want to let go of the shift key, and make me shout most my name.0

Have you not noticed there's a CTRL, ALT(GR) and DEL key, all within easy reach of each other on the right hand side before?0 -
You know, I've never actually noticed that before.
