Was just on ebay looking at used Revelations, with the idea of getting a set for the Mmmbop if it works out, and came across this...

<edit- doh, wrong link>

Can anyone see where they've hidden the drawback? I can't.

    It is miss mash of info that, I can't see what is actually for sale. Shows a pic of a QR fork... but has options for 15/20mm. QR only goes to 140mm, but this says 150mm. RL is not turnkey either. And I doubt cooil Uturn is that weight.

    Poor ad.

    I was looking at second hand pikes but since seeing these i think i may go for one of these instead, unless they cause the bottom to fall out of the second hand market.

  • I was looking into sektors for a future 456 build and after a whole lot of searching discovered that sektors are simply REVs with lower quality internals. All I managed to find out but hope it helps :D

    • Redesigned external rebound adjuster
    • 9 mm QR, 15 mm thru-axle, 20 mm Maxle Lite options available

    Yep, a Rev with cheaper bits. Once known as a Recon ;-)

    So what has the recon now become?

    There was two lines of Recon in the past - a trail (cheaper rev) and XC (cheapr Reba).

    Now it is just the xc sort of line, but some have the lightweight Tora 318 steel uppers of last year.

    There is a lot of bumph about the Sektor as some new wonder fork. it isn't. It is a simpler Rev that has been called a Recon every year until now.

    Was there a 150mm Recon before?
