anyone know anything about element bikes/frames?

been looking at this for a 100mm hardtail build but know nothing of the reputation of this brand, anyone have any experience with them?

    yeah thing is i would rather have v brake mounts as i'll be doing a frame swap from an old stuntjumper that is too small and would prefer not have to get a new wheel and rear brake when the exisitng wheel is not bad and the exisitng v brake is an avid ultimate which is not bad either. so its this or a scott scale 40 frame... or something off ebay.
