Hi Guys,
Great forum you seem to have here.
I've joined so I can increase my knowlege of Mountain biking from you all. as i know zilch
I'm new to biking and have just bought myself a old GT Avalance 1.0
Unfortunatly, Due to redundancy, and a new baby enroute I can't really aford anything better at the minute. Also, I don't want to be spending big money then finding I bail out later, As I did when buying a multigym once :?
Anyway glad to meet you all

Welcome to the site dude! Glad to hear you#ve gone with an option that works well for you, rather than spunking cash on something your not completely sure about yet.
Best of luck with the riding, and hope you find a job soon, as well as congrats on a youngster on the way!

Welcome, I ride an old Avalanche 1.0 too and I find it perfectly capable... Good strong frame!
It's not the financial outlay that makes you enjoy the sport.0 -
