A600 pedals or not?

Hi,
I have just recently orderded my Condor Accaio with campag veloce groupset after my old Condor Italia got written off in an accident.
I have one major descision left to make on the build!
What pedals should i go for? i am used to riding with campag record (1980's pedals) with toe clips. but i am thinking it is about time for me to take the plunge with a pair of spd's, although i do enjoy putting on a pair of trainers and cycling along if im just nipping out.
So i was wondering if anyone had any opinions on the Shimano A600 pedals or the A530's? if so does anyone know where stocks the A600's in London? i cant find them anywhere!
Cheers,

Hope you're fine from the accident.
I got a pair of A530s for a when a month long tour, as I also took to normal shoes to some hikes too. They were handy for touring but generally I find them a pain (the wrong side invariably flicks up) when I put them on the commuter and have taken them off and back to the double sided ones.
They do have their uses though when wearing normal shoes, which isn't really feasible with normal spd pedals, but used that way are no where near as efficient as toe clips.
I was a late convert to spds, only been using 4 years or so now, but wouldn't be without them now, much more convenient for cycling. The mtn bike specific ones are fine for anything but serious walking in.0
