    Not likely of needing too much Welsh down that far south. But here's a handy beginner's guide to real world Welsh for you. :lol:

    Welsh -- English
    Hello = Hello
    Car = Car
    Bike = Beic
    Fresh fish = Fish fresh
    Socks = Socks (down south, notably)
    Chip Shop = Shop Chips
    Pub = Pub.
  • Sunset MTB deadly shop went in for a browse and came out £1800 quid lighter and + 1 Lapierre 8) it was on interest free credit though :)

    Jammy sod, I would love to live that close to a decent trail centre ! I reckon you'll be as likely to move away from there as a Frenchman living next door to a brothel :)

    Currently, and right NOW, I'm on a small dish of Ben and Jerrys half-baked.

    Luckily, my kids work at Morrisons, so it's cheap nosh for me!

    Luckily, I did an hour of HARD circuit training, 7 - 8 , so these calories dont count...

    at all.
