Millbank Wind Tunnel and Photo Opportunity

1. In no way did I find the wind tunnel effect on Millbank eye-wateringly painful last night
2. Who was that guy with the board taking photos of bikes? There was a URL but I can't remember it and google-ising doesn'y seem to reveal anything.
Fixed gear for wet weather / hairy roadie for posing in the sun.

What would Thora Hurd do?

    Didn't see anything. Difficult to make words/URLs etc out at that speed.

    Oh, there was mention made on an old thread of a site where a guy takes photographs of cyclists in London and puts them up.

    Can't remember the URL though.
