ANother day full of meh.... got no spare funds this week to buy bike stuffs.
I need (no scratch that - WANT)
I don't know what's up with me this week, but all I want to do is stay indoors in bed, just feel really fucked after the weekend.
I think that I got used to working for myself/when I wanted for more monies. I cannot be a minion...0 -

Morning all,
Day off for me today, awaiting a visit from parcelfarce for a certain green frame. The headset was due to be here today, had a dispatched email at 11am yesterday, then at 5pm one saying it was out of stock. I get the feeling they send the dispatched emails a little while before they actually sort the order
Other than that gonna take the little man out for a walk round the forest, if the weather holds.0 -
Feeling good this morning after dusting off the P7 & ridding at Delamere for the first time in ages last night.
Busy day at work, followed by cyling later.
Countdown has started to the 3rd ever Dadstock this weekend (ie, 10 p1ssed dads & a gaggle of kids camping in a field with quad bikes/motorbikes, bbq & beer)!0 -

Legs recovered Stu?
My plans for today: Scrap some code and start again on it. Stoopid Apple and their changing stuff between versions. At lunch time, torque up some head bolts on a cylinder head I put on yesterday and possibly fit a billion or so sensors back on to where they should be.
Cheese doritos are evil! EVIL!
But the ones in the red bag combined with salsa are good. Do that. It'll make you feel better. It contains vegetables. Probably.
Also - I was after one of the little bolts that fit between the exhaust manifold and the front pipes. I tried a few places... Nothing. So I tried BMW.
£12.67
I thought 'okay, there's 6 of them, that's not too bad.'
£12.67 each.
Sod that!0 -
Meh, work whilst wife and kids go to the zoo.
Also found out that the TROG mountain bike group rides are Thursday night (swimming with sprog number 1) and Sunday morning (Probable horse riding with both sprog 1&2) so I'm unsure now whether to join.
I feel I need to get out more as my life currently consists of walk dog > drive to work > work > drive home > walk dog > put kids to bed > eat > house work > sleep > repeat.Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.

Morning all,
Just submitted my entry to the Marin Dusk til Dawn as a team pair. I have a feeling a 12 hour endurance race is going to be one of those "it seemed like a good idea at the time" type things. O well, I have 7 or 8 weeks to get super fit, so the rest of today will be work by followed by the gym.Santa Cruz Chameleon

another of no work, which means a day sitting on my arse allday doing bugger all, might go for a ride or look at shiny things on t'interweb. saw a pair of dt swiss m1600 wheels that would look very nice on the maxlight ........0

Morning lurkers
Biked in to work on the R1 (again) and feeling maximum ace this morning, totally fired up for the day ahead.
In between pressing buttons on keyboards and making condescending phones calls I shall be consuming vast amounts of food during the day in readiness for another sesh on the local loop tonight.
Makes you sick eh :P0 -
I'm going to look at a potential new car later
Fingers crossed...0 -

Nah it's not cool in the slightest! Not quite as bad as a Mondeo Estate though...0

Morning gang, I'm in the midst of tidying the house up ready to go away, I dont see the point but hey I suppose then I get to come back to a clean house
Anyway ill see you all on here randomly accross the day when I'm fed up with doing stuff0 -
Good Morning, I set for alarm for 6am this morning, and got woken by my Mum at 7.15am asking if I should be up already, this was followed by much swearing and rushed to work for half 7 for most people not to turn up for training til 8am anyway.
Done staff training which consisted of putting pool covers on and off, manually of course, followed by a pie from the bakery not far from work.
Just been onto my uni account and for my last day of 2nd year they've give it us off, so today will be spent not doing much with a bit of assignment work if I can be arsed,0 -
Slow today isn't it? It's almost like people aren't spending all their time on the internet.
Disgraceful.
Wasn't like this in my day.0 -
Weird. Plenty of people about just not many posting!0
-
Maybe they need reason to post?
We have your family. We will feed them to owls piece by piece if you don't post.

Just taken delivery of pedals! Was rather hoping my crankset would be in the same package, for some reason its been sent out separately though.
Today will be spent trying to motivate me to do work towards my dissertation and to get off my fat ass and go to the gym, however i reckon it will be one or the other! hopefully at least one anyway. The rest of the day will be spent drooling over parts for the bike that i cannot afford and searching for cheap parts for the bike!0 -
Well I'm out on the road about to do some "work" at the new Evans in lakeside and pop into the mahoosive decathlon for research porposes
Anyone need anything?0
