..."in the region" being a loose term.

I'm currently looking at a Cervelo RS frameset which can currently be had from Primera for £1440, so my question is this: how could I be better spending my money. My aim is to build a light, stiff sportive bike.

Ha! I take it you are referring to "Sub £1K Carbon Frameset"!

Close enough, although if anybody wants to break that particular bank, I'm all ears. :D

    Thanks!

I think the RS would suit your purposes perfectly...

So do I, I must say. If I land one I'll even attempt a photo to your exacting standards.

There are many options, including titanium or something like a Colnago Ace, or Cannondale Synapse but I really do think you've picked a good one, you like the look of it, it's designed for sportives and is light, stiff and comfy. Crack on!

    EDIT!!

Royles are doing a 2010 frameset for not a lot more (just newer colours...)

    Looks good in the white!

However I think that's for the US market. I may be rong!

    EDIT - rong! :o

    I do prefer the white...

I like the black and silver. The white reminds me of the laydeez Boardmans
