MSN problem

Any MSN experts on here? :P

Got a problem - any people I add don't recieve the invites, and any they send I don't recive either. They show up on the list but constantly as offline. Running the latest version on Windows 7 if that makes any difference.

    Try adding them through a 3rd party site see if that works...something like meebo.

    What version of messenger are you running?

    Have added them on meebo, they're showing up again on the list but will have to see if they've got the invitation. And when I go on 'About Windows Live Messenger' it says Version 2009 (Build 14.0.1887.416) - I upgraded to the latest one a couple weeks ago.

    I'd just uninstall it totally and re-instal it rather than trying to upgrade again.
