Not muc to report today, work ,home, days off to follow. Thought I'd also involve the less sexy people in this thread today too.

not much else to report really that would interest any of you, unless you really want to know that I've packed my rucksack for hols, all clothes nicely ironed and popped into vacuum bags. Just need to attatch tent etc

anyway bye for now, work is calling....

    as i lay here tapping out this message on my phone. I'm thinking do i wanna use my spare hours today or save them up towards a full day. Gonna see if i can beat my 2 mile average speed of 7 mph...relatively quiet day at work

    Full of total meh today, still hungover from Sunday, shite sleep last night and my liver feels like its going to pop out of me, it is literally aching... :(

    Boss is away so am single handedly running th department this morning. Going to be fun, oh and did I mention we are in the middle of a monsoon?

    Wellllll I am back in the UK, I am tired and this morning I am suffering wellness fail :(
    Nobody in the office except me, have a feeling it may be like that a few days in the next couple of weeks. If nobody shows up by 10am I might go home!!!

    rode into work again. i'm doing good, 2 days on the trot :D not much happening in work but the little boy has got a hospital appointment so i'm waiting to see what happens there.

    Good Morning Freaks! Today shall involve unpacking all the stuffs from SITS, then I believe a spot of fettling is in order. Need to clean the NRS to assess the damage - it fell over against a workstand and dented the top tube. :cry: I also have some Egg Beaters to fit to it. Only bought the basic ones to see how I get on with them. That said, they're still lighter than the XTR ones alread on there.

    Also, I have pie for breakfast, and another 2 in the fridge that aren't going to last till lunchtime!

    Back to work after SITS ... Really feeling it now, Although going out till early this morning didnt really help ... Eurgh i dont think im going to make it !

    Gotta collect the bike later and find out whats broken ... It was creaking and groaning on my last lap of SITS :(

    Epically 'well' this morning :D

    Went out last night on the Proflex, got wet, came home, drank a litre of homebrew and don't actually remember getting into bed.

    Rode to work this morning on the R1 Needed petrol, nearest petrol station was closed so I had to ride back into town and fill up which left me with 28 minutes to get to work Stafford-Dudley :wink:

    Morning all, i've just woken from a very poor night of sleep, turns out last nights superman impression has left my back in rather bad condition, but nothing serious. The bike is fine too so i think it deserves a present for being so great and not breaking, now i just need to find that credit card...

    Morning all,

    Got absolutely soaked on the ride to work today, still I know I prefer it to being slightly damp on a train.

    Today is mostly meh, followed by the weekly Tuesday night ride if anyone shows up...

    Well, come in this morning, even though I had a brolly, still got my suit soaked from the knees down, lovely.

    As before on my own today so came into a fair few bits of design in the in tray that have now been sorted and sent back.

    Spilt water all over my keyboard = FAIL!

    Need more coffee.

    Today I'm getting a train back to Basildon from from the new house in Suffolk, but it's a long walk to the train station and it's raining, so that's going to be fun! To top it off, can't go riding because my new parts haven't turned up yet...
