Cliff Jumping

Not particularly relevant to cycling but the other day I was cliff jumping into a lake. All fun and games, no injuries and so on but when I jumped off a 15-20 meter cliff I got tons of water up my left nostril and I can't get it out.
Any ideas,
Thanks,
Max

You should plug your nose with blue tack. Not usually necessary for such small jumps, you've obviously got bad technique. It'll come out eventually on it's own.0

Tap ....on your nose?0

Seem to remember the Young One's driving there Summer Holiday Bus over Cliff. Or was that over A cliff?0

Hopefully the water will drain itself. It was my first time jumping so my technique was crap.0

I was only joking mate. Sounds bloody high to me. Don't even know if it's safe to stick blue tack up yer nose for this type of reason, maybe some pressure issues or something, so perhaps don't try it.
I expect the water will all come running out when you're least wanting it to. Will come out though.0 -

Yep, got water down my face at dinner. I don't think that anyone noticed0 -

I did that for my stag doo - gorge jumping in the lake district, fantastic fun but I did notice the 'pro' guides both held their nose when they jumped in .... I followed suit0 -
Forget previous post. Deffo use bluetack.
Only girls hold their nose when jumping into water.0
