Crank arm bolt bites the dust...

Long story short, the offending item worked loose on a ride and just as I noticed the crank arm moving laterally it was all over...upon inspection the BB looks fine but the crank arm has some of the spindle ends slightly rounded, from when it came off the BB, the bolt has bit the dust has the end threads are just gone.
Should I be ok with just replacing the bolts or does the crank arm need replacing too?

Pics above of all involved, also I presume the bolt is a generic part, found some Truvativ M15's which I reackon should be a like for like swap?
Bike is a Decathlon RockRider 9.1, circa 2006, with Truvativ Blaze arms.
All advice more than welcome,

Truvativ cranks? powerspline BB?
bin it all and get a deore HT2 crankset fitted. the BB shell will need facing."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Bugger, hoping to spend my money on some SPD's, never mind.
Any crankset in particular or just whatever fits my budget in the Hollowtech range? Probably be the M590 looking at the prices online.
Any idea of the LBS cost to face the BB and fit the crankset or would I be able to do the latter?

ask them. many will do it included in the cost of the cranks."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
