WHSmiths fail.

So, I popped into town on my lunch "break", and popped into Smiths to peruse the magazines.
For some reason, they've had a major re-vamp, and now stock no cycling magazines at all. No MBUK, no WMB, no MBR, not even things they always have in, like Cycling+ or whatever it's called.
To cap it all off, I think they're to blame for the current obesity epidemic. Under "SPORTS" they had about a million magazines, such as "Photoshop techniques", some film magazines, 3D graphics mags, and, I kid you not... an iPad magazine. And a shedload of Playstation/Xbox etc mags.
If that's sports, then I just don't know what's happening any more.
They had loads of other things I've not seen there before, like "boating", "crochet world" (I thought that was a pi** take, didn't realise it was real!).
And some 4x4 mag with a mindblowing image on the front cover of a 4x4 driving through a very flat, slightly damp field - Impressive stuff.

Sounds bad, but In their defense I have to say WHSmith is the only shop around here that sells Dirt so I am happy with them for that!Santa Cruz Chameleon

I always feel lost in WHS when I go on holiday. Depending on where it is there are usually lots of horsey magazines, 'What Tractor', 'Small Bore Firearm & Rodent Death Monthly', 'Pimp my Rowing Boat' or - God forbid - surf magazines. MTB magazines seem very localised.0

Oh, this Smiths appears to have ALL the mags in existence on the planet, apart from any cycling ones!0
