A sneaky bit of googling and URL manipulation work (i.e. quite bored these days!)...Looks like Giant's AUS branch have prepared some new 2011 specification details on their website. Colour-coding or what... the 2011 look amazing!! I wonder what the GBP prices will be...

Anthem X1: 2011 AUS$3999, 2010 AUS$4299 = £2750
Anthem X2: 2011 Aus$2999, 2010 AUS$2899 = (X3) £1750
Anthem X3: 2011 AUS$2399, 2010 AUS$2399 = (X4) £1400

Trance X1: 2011 AUS$3999, 2010 AUS$3999 = £2650
Trance X2: 2011 AUS$3199, 2010 AUS$2999 = £2000
Trance X3: 2011 AUS$2499, 2010 AUS$2499 = £1600

The AUS lines and GB lines are a little bit different, so this is only a rough guide. Also bearing in mind that manufacturing costs have increased and that sterling has weakened and you're probably looking at a 10% increase from the 2010 prices for an equivalent 2011 bike.

Looks like they are upping the spec on quite a few - the 2011 version of my X1 has gone tubeless, 10spd, RP23 shock. (Not sure if a Fox 32F100 RL is an upgrade over a Rock Shox SID Team?) Let's see whether the Aussie specs are the same as the UK and where the prices come out...

The AUS spec is usually the same as the UK spec. However, their naming structure maybe a bit different. I.E. they didn't have any Trance X2s last year so our X3 was their X2 and our X4 their X3 etc.

The prices are also quite similar, but due to the reasons I mentioned above, the GBP price will likely be higher Boooo

I'm currently working out my shortlist for a new purchase and the Anthem is getting nearer and nearer the top of it.
I'm not so keen on the paint job given to the X2 though, so if the UK specs are the same it would have to be the X1 or X3 (which looks very sexy) with a few upgrades.
Any idea when the UK specs will be released?

Not sure about timings but most manufacturers should have done that in a couple of months.

You won't be disappointed with an Anthem - try searching for feeback on here. Go X1 if you can, I always try for the best I can afford.

reign 0 looks great, shame it has a 3 x10 drivetrain, not a 2 x10

I have a UK anthem X4 and the only thing I would say it is lacking is the lockout, even still though it is a bike far too lovely for a rubbish rider like me

Trance X3 doesn't look as nice without that kink in the top tube & I prefer my white paint, sizing might have suited me a little better on the new frame.
Not sure if the spec is as good. The Mavic XM117 rims have been replaced with Giants own rims. The brakes have changed from Juicy 3 to Shimano M445 & the forks have gained 5mm of travel, not sure that anyone would ever notice an extra 5mm.
Shame they seem to have dropped the Trance X4.

am looking at the anthem x2 but 2011 spec has been downgraded. Not sure of either paint job though. see if i can get a reduced price 2010 one when the new model comes out.
always a bit dissapointed to see budget wheels on this price. surely it cant be that costly to put bettter hubs than shimano m525 - or is that being a bit harsh?
