Ok here is my list so far.

Bomber 55ss 160mm forks with 20mm axle
Roxshox rear shock
Wtb front wheel
Alix rear wheel
Shimanoe chain
Lx front mech
Xt rear mech
Marin bars
Lock on grips
Tioga tyres soon to change
Avid elixir r brakes 185 front and rear

Plans are new crank, arms, pedals and get it muddy! Pics to follow.

    Looks a little too high at the front IMO. Weren't the XCR shipped with 130mm forks?

    My mate has told me mine are 140mm, i'm 6ft1" and other than my bars being a tad wide it feels ok.
