Googling 'coludy', then a 20 mile ride, mow the lawn, do some laundry, cook a chicken and some roast potatoes, wash it down with a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc and watch British Superbikes on Sky+.

just got back from south west france, mahoosive waves, hired some bikes for a day (commencal normal disc) and found some good singletrack (just in countryside btw, not in pyrenees) but was too hot for riding really (about 27). did some white water kayaking and lots of bodyboarding too. going to swinley forest on saturday, and some local trails during the week, as well as turning 14 on thursday.

I did 33 miles yesterday, so might need to do another short ride today to sop my legs seizing up!

Then I'm off to watch Inception and eat some foods somewhere.

Today I feel meh. Met with an Army Careers Officer yesterday, had a great chat with him, but I have a feeling that I won't pass a medical to get into the army now. I have to check with my doctor to see if they think my eczema is chronic or not. If it is, then I can't join Sad times.

On the plus side, I've been in contact with the new girl in my life quite a bit. I just hope this is going somewhere, I've been single to long!

Off to a rehearsal now, yay (Said in a sarcastic manner). S'laters.

I woke up, went to drive some powerboats, made some waves and wasted a hell of a lot of the sailing club petrol then went and cleaned my bike only to find i've worn through my 3 week old grips already :roll:

My new Race Face 70mm stem arrived yesterday morning so I got shot of the standard 100mmm job, got the new one fitted and took it for a quick blast in the woods. Nice: steering feels a bit faster now and it was quite fast to start with :-) I feel the need for more bling now....
