First spill off the bike today......

car went by a bit close - I looked up at him and drifted left into a gutter - went off onto the grass verge - ended up in a hedge...... no harm done, scratches only, it was good to have a safe spill...will hopefully make me concentrate better in future.
I noticed the rear brake lever loosened a bit and the bars were malaligned. I need to look up how to adjust the brakes...
I followed it up by averaging 21mph over the next hour...best ever! must be adrenaline or something!

    Ride further out. It gives you more room to act and the more room you take for yourself the more drivers will give you.
