Troy Lee ODI installation

Hi Guys

I ve a set of the Troy Lee design grips which I like but can't work out what direction the go in - but according to reviews I have them on the wrong way

Do they go - big flange in, with "Troy Lee Designs" logo facing forward or...

little flange inside with logo forward or...

big flange in with TLD logo facing backwards?

Any Help appreciated!
