sizing - semi compact

Hi

I have a focus cayo with a 56cm frame.
been looking at a second bike on the b2w scheme and have a found a couple. both have a semi compact frame. would i still need a 56cm??

    look for a frame with the same virtual top tube measurements as the one you already have...
