after 9 months of of saving and doing my home work, i've decided to buy a cannondale six. but now i'm told that if i wait till next year i can have the same bike with the super six frame. whats the difference? is it worth the wait? i want to to start doing some sportive riding . i'd imagine at my level it wont make much difference. if its a weight thing i'm not to bothered as i can always pick my nose before the race as we're asually talking ridiculous amounts. but i want a comfy bike thats sure footed. and as i understand it, next years model will have improvements but so will the next years and the year after that.
any advice would be a great help. its not about the money, its about what would best serve my needs.

Just buy it now and get riding, as you say the next years bike will always be "new and improved" over this years model, and riding the bike you probably wouldn't notice the difference anyway

+1 The Six is a fine bike in it's current form. Get it & get riding!
...next years model may well have slight imperceptible improvements (it may also have down-graded components) and there is also the price to consider - don't forget the planned increase in vat!Cycling weakly0 -
