Can anyone recommend a good place to buy some digital scales for weighing components and parts? Anal I know.

I just use my electronic kitchen scales if anyone asks for weights of stuff...

You can either get to Tesco for 9.99 or I can let you have some with a Rapha sticker on and have to let them go to you for 59.99..... it'll be a wrench I know :roll:

i use weight watchers scales. so if i decide to eat my new saddle i'll know exactly how many points it will be!

I bought a cheap set from Lidl a few years back, very accrate still [compared to local post office]. May be worth keeping an eye on Lidl an the likes of Aldi.

Thanks for all the replies. I'll try a few places tomorrow. I've been looking at digital luggage scales so I could weigh my whole bike as well but none of them seem to be accurate enough to weigh the little stuff. Cheers.

I picked these up from Sainsbury's for £7.50 today. They weigh up to 3Kg in 1g intervals.

Any set of dirt-cheap digital kitchen scales will do the job for small components. Most are accurate to within 1 - 4 grams or so, which is more than you need.
