yes , they look awesome.
but cant think of anywhere outside california where you could get away with using them.

thats for the fully programmable image / logo commercial ones.
the basic ones are still full colour.

the guys in the promo vid have 2 - 3 light units on each wheel to get the multi pattern look.
still , £40 a pop pretty good for what you get.
